This year Spring awakening is running from the 2nd to the 6th of April in Scotland at a beautiful campsite between Edinburgh and Glasgow. As the first social camp of the year it combines camping and dormitories so we can have a good time whatever the weather.
Spring Awakening this year might seem a long way away but there is a possibility that you make your journey shorter and cheaper. On the 30th of March to the 3rd of April Woodcraft are running Young Leader Training at Heightgate (West Yorkshire). Participants can get there travel reimbursed so you could potentially cut both you travel time and costs in half.
We are also going to to discussing and reviewing the DF policies at Spring Awakening which can be found here. This is a great chance to have a say in how DFs is run and to suggest any ways you think we could improve.
